How to Sign Up for ZumbaCards
Opening an account, the five free cards, and the one field to leave empty on your first purchase.
Opening a ZumbaCards account takes a couple of minutes and costs nothing. What happens immediately afterwards is where people lose money unnecessarily, so this guide covers both.
Before you start: are you eligible?
- 21 or over. Not 18 — this platform is 21+.
- In an eligible US state. 48 of them. Nevada and Washington are excluded. California and New York are open, which is unusual — both states banned dual-currency sweepstakes casinos, and this platform sits outside those bans because it runs a single currency. The full state list.
- One account per person. Duplicates sharing a device, address or payment method are closed at the verification stage, which is the worst possible moment to find out.
Age and identity are checked at redemption, not at signup. An ineligible account can be opened and used normally, and will simply never be able to withdraw. If you are under 21 or in NV or WA, any balance you build is unreachable.
Step 1 — Create the account
Email and password. Then verify the email address — the link arrives immediately and the account does nothing useful until you click it.
Step 2 — Collect your free cards
Verification credits 5 free Common battle cards. You get no Surprise Coins. This catches people out, because most platforms in this space hand out a free play balance and this one does not: there is no second currency and no demo mode.
The cards are real and they matter — see step 4.

Step 3 — Your deck builds itself
The five cards are assembled into a five-card battle deck automatically. You do not have to do anything, and from this moment your account is entered in the daily card tournament and earning XP.
Step 4 — Start earning XP before you spend anything
This is the step almost nobody takes, and it is the most valuable one in this guide.
Your deck fights five automated battles a day and the tournament awards 5 XP for the day’s entry, win or lose. Bronze tier needs 250 XP, so about fifty days. Bronze gives you 30% off every box you ever buy.
That is a larger permanent discount than any promotion this platform runs. If you are not in a hurry, let the deck run for a few weeks before your first purchase. The full tier table is here.

Step 5 — Your first purchase
When you are ready, go to Buy Coins → Buy Boxes & Cards and choose a welcome box. There are two, at $20 and $50, and both are first purchase only, one per account.
They double the Surprise Coins credited — 40 SC for $20, 100 SC for $50 — which works out at about $0.50 per SC against the standard $2. This is the cheapest coins will ever be on this platform.

Leave the promo code field empty
The purchase screen has a promo code field. Entering a code on a welcome box replaces the 100% bonus rather than stacking with it. There is no official ZumbaCards code, and no affiliate code beats a 100% match. Leave it blank. Full explanation.
Step 6 — Verify early
Do the Veriff identity check before you have a balance waiting rather than after. You will need a physical government-issued photo ID captured live — screenshots and photos of a screen are rejected, and that rejection is the most common reason a first withdrawal is delayed by days. Verification guide.
What to know before you play
Purchased Surprise Coins carry a 1× playthrough. Bonus coins — including the bonus half of your welcome box — carry 5×. On a $50 welcome box, that is 50 SC you can use almost freely and 50 SC that needs 250 SC of play behind it. Surprise Coins explained.
