Privacy Policy

This policy covers ZumbaCards.com, an independent guide. The ZumbaCards gaming platform has its own privacy policy, which governs anything you do on your account there.

What we do not collect

This site has no accounts, no logins, no registration and no payment processing. We do not ask for or store your name, address, date of birth, government ID, bank details or card numbers. There is nothing to breach here because there is nothing held.

What is collected

Analytics. Aggregate traffic measurement — pages viewed, approximate region, device type, referring source. This is used to understand which pages are useful. It is not used to build a profile of you and is not sold.

Affiliate click tracking. When you follow a link from this site to the ZumbaCards platform, the link passes two pieces of information to the advertising network: the URL of the page you clicked from, and a short label identifying which unit on that page you clicked (for example, the sticky bar rather than the sidebar). That is the whole payload. It contains nothing about you — no identifier, no email, no device fingerprint — and exists so we can tell which pages are worth maintaining.

The network and the advertiser set their own cookies at that point, under their own policies. Once you leave this site, their rules apply, not ours.

Local storage. One item: whether you dismissed the install prompt. It stays in your browser, is never transmitted, and clearing site data removes it.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies of its own. Where a consent banner is required by your jurisdiction, declining non-essential categories leaves the site fully functional — nothing here depends on tracking.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.

In practice: we hold no personal data to return or delete. If you want to be excluded from analytics measurement, enable Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser, or use a content blocker. Both are respected.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is no mechanism here that would permit it. If you want to exercise this right formally anyway, email privacy@zumbacards.co and we will confirm in writing what is held, which will be nothing.

Children

This site covers a platform restricted to adults aged 21 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Third parties

Links to the ZumbaCards platform, the National Council on Problem Gambling and other external sites are governed by those sites’ own policies. We have no control over them and take no responsibility for them.
