Before you write, it may already be answered. The FAQ covers the common questions, the full review covers whether the platform is worth using, and the guides cover the step-by-step tasks.

If your question is about this site

Corrections, outdated figures, broken links and questions about how we cover something: email editors@zumbacards.co.

We act on corrections. If a price, an offer window or a term on this site is wrong, tell us what it should be and where you saw it, and we will check it against the live platform and update it. Pages carry a last-verified date so you can see when we last looked.

If your question is about your account

We cannot help with this, and nobody here can see your account. This site is an independent guide. We are not the operator, we have no access to balances, verification status, withdrawals or support tickets, and we cannot escalate anything on your behalf.

For anything involving your own ZumbaCards account — a pending withdrawal, a failed Veriff check, a missing bonus, a closed account, a game error — you need the operator:

  • Live chat, 24/7 inside the platform. It opens with an automated agent called Zumbo; ask for a human if the bot is not resolving it.
  • Email: support@zumbacards.com
  • Help Center inside the app

Public reviews report that weekend email coverage is weaker than weekday. There is no phone line.

The platform is operated by Thinkway Ltd, 3rd Floor, 34 Hope St, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1AP (registration IoM 022949V). Payments are handled by Thinkway LLC, 1201 Orange St, Ste 600, Wilmington, DE.

If you need help with gambling

If play has stopped being a choice, stop reading comparison sites and call someone. The National Council on Problem Gambling runs a free, confidential, 24/7 helpline: 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-522-4700), or chat at ncpgambling.org.

Our responsible play page lists the tools available and what they do.
