Sweepstakes & Promotion Rules
This page explains what governs ZumbaCards promotions and where the binding documents are. The official rules are published by the operator, not here, and they are the version that applies to your account.

Is ZumbaCards a sweepstakes casino?
This is genuinely disputed, and we are not going to resolve it for you.
The platform’s own FAQ states it is not a sweepstakes casino. Several third-party reviews describe it as a sweepstakes site or a hybrid. Both positions are being argued in public.
What is not disputed is the structural fact underneath the argument. A conventional US sweepstakes model has two features: a free alternative method of entry (AMOE), usually by mail, and a no-purchase-necessary basis for every promotion.
ZumbaCards offers no AMOE. There is no mail-in entry route and no free Surprise Coins on signup. The only no-purchase credits are the daily login streak — which requires 1 SC of play per day to advance — a one-off +1 SC for connecting a Facebook account, and tournament prizes. Beyond those, Surprise Coins must be bought.
We flag this because you may encounter marketing copy for this platform claiming “no purchase necessary” or referring to an alternative method of entry. As of our last check, that is not accurate, and it is worth knowing before relying on it.
What governs each promotion
Each individual promotion carries its own terms, published by the operator and linked from every promotion page on this site. The recurring conditions across them:
| Condition | What applies |
|---|---|
| Age | 21 or over |
| Territory | 48 US states; void in Nevada and Washington |
| Accounts | One per person. Duplicates sharing a device, address or payment method are excluded. |
| Bonus playthrough | 5× on bonus Surprise Coins, 1× on purchased |
| Welcome boxes | First purchase only, one per account |
| Promo codes on welcome boxes | A code replaces the bonus SC rather than adding to it |
| Prize currency | Prizes are credited as Surprise Coins, subject to playthrough |
| Changes | The operator may amend or withdraw a promotion without notice |
Eligibility in detail
You must be 21 or over and physically located in an eligible US state. Nevada and Washington are excluded. California and New York are both open, which is unusual — several competing platforms have withdrawn from those states.
Age and identity are verified at redemption, through Veriff, not at signup. The practical consequence is that an ineligible account can be opened and used, and will simply never be able to withdraw. If you are under 21, or in NV or WA, any balance you build is unreachable.
Prize claims and disputes
Prizes are credited automatically as Surprise Coins and are subject to the same playthrough rules as any other bonus credit. There is no separate claim form.
Disputes go to the operator — live chat inside the platform, or support@zumbacards.com. We cannot intervene in a prize dispute, a verification failure or a withdrawal; this is an independent guide with no access to accounts. Put anything significant in writing by email and keep the reply.
