The basics

What is ZumbaCards?
ZumbaCards is a US platform that combines a collectible battle-card game with casino-style games. You buy boxes that contain five digital battle cards plus a quantity of Surprise Coins (SC), play the SC on slots, live dealer and instant games, and the cards fight automatically in daily tournaments to earn XP. It launched in May 2026 and is operated by Thinkway Ltd.
Is ZumbaCards free to play?
Not really. There is no free-play currency — no Gold Coins equivalent — so apart from the daily login streak, the one-off Facebook connect bonus and tournament prizes, Surprise Coins have to be purchased. New accounts do get five free Common battle cards at sign-up, but no SC.
What are Surprise Coins worth?
Surprise Coins cost $2 each in a standard box and redeem at $1 each, with a minimum redemption of 100 SC. The two welcome boxes are the exception: they double the SC credited, which works out at about $0.50 per coin. At the top Loyalty Club tier, Platinum, a 50% box discount brings the standard rate back to roughly $1 per SC.
Which states can play ZumbaCards?
ZumbaCards is available to players aged 21 and over in 48 US states. Nevada and Washington are excluded. California and New York are both open, which is unusual — several competing platforms have withdrawn from those states.
How long do ZumbaCards withdrawals take?
Redemption requires identity verification through Veriff, a minimum balance of 100 SC and is limited to one withdrawal per 72 hours. Payouts are processed by ACH bank transfer or push-to-card and typically take 2–5 business days, with reports of longer waits in some cases.
Do I need a promo code at ZumbaCards?
No. There is no official ZumbaCards promo code, and the welcome boxes apply their bonus automatically. Entering a code on a welcome box replaces the bonus Surprise Coins rather than adding to them, so leaving the field empty on a first purchase is almost always the better outcome.

Bonuses and promo codes

Is there an official ZumbaCards promo code?
No. As of 8 October 2026 ZumbaCards has not issued a public promotional code. Codes circulating on third-party sites are affiliate codes, and on a welcome box they replace the built-in bonus rather than stacking with it.
Where is the promo code field on ZumbaCards?
The code field appears on the box purchase screen, under Buy Coins → Buy Boxes & Cards. It is optional and can be left empty.
Does a promo code beat the welcome offer?
Almost never. The welcome boxes already apply a 100% Surprise Coins match, and entering a code on one replaces that bonus. A code would have to beat a 100% match to be worth using on a first purchase.
Is there a ZumbaCards no-deposit bonus?
There is no no-deposit SC bonus. New accounts receive five free Common battle cards, which have no cash value and cannot be redeemed. The only ongoing no-purchase credits are the daily login streak, which requires 1 SC of play per day to advance, and a one-off +1 SC for connecting a Facebook account.
Do bonus Surprise Coins have a playthrough requirement?
Yes. Purchased Surprise Coins carry a 1× playthrough. Bonus Surprise Coins — including the bonus half of a welcome box, cashback and drop awards — carry 5×. Reviewers have noted this split is not stated clearly in the platform's own terms.

Games

How many games does ZumbaCards have?
The platform advertises 750+ titles. Third-party sources quote figures between 750 and 1,000 depending on when they counted. Ten studios are confirmed in the lobby: AvatarUX, Betsoft, BGaming, Booming Games, Fugaso, Gamzix, Iconic21, JILI, Mancala Gaming and Mascot Gaming.
Does ZumbaCards have live dealer games?
Yes. Iconic21 supplies a live-dealer row covering American Roulette, several Prime Blackjack tables, baccarat, sic bo and poker variants, dealt by a human on a streamed table. This is worth flagging because at least one third-party review states the platform has no live or table games — the lobby shows otherwise.
Can I play ZumbaCards games for free?
No. There is no demo mode and no free-play currency. Every game runs on Surprise Coins, which have to be purchased or earned.
Does ZumbaCards publish RTP figures?
Not in the lobby. Studios can configure RTP per operator, so a figure quoted elsewhere for a title may not match the build running here — treat any slot RTP you see attached to this platform as unverified. The one return you can calculate yourself is the live roulette table: it is an American, double-zero wheel, which is a 5.26% house edge against 2.70% on a single-zero European wheel.
Do all games count toward playthrough equally?
The platform has not published per-game weighting. Check the terms attached to a specific bonus before assuming a table game clears a requirement at the same rate as a slot.

Battle cards

What are ZumbaCards battle cards?
Digital collectible cards with a rarity tier, a level, an elemental affinity, and Power and Speed stats. Every box contains five. They fight automatically in the daily card tournament and earn XP, which unlocks box discounts through the Loyalty Club. The stats are small: a starter Common runs 1 Power and 1 Speed.
What is a card affinity?
An elemental tag shown on each card's detail screen. We have seen Electric, Water, Wind and Celestial so far. ZumbaCards has not published what, if anything, affinity does in a battle.
What are the ZumbaCards rarity tiers?
Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary. Bought individually, a Common costs $1, a Rare $5, an Epic $25 and a Legendary $100. The two welcome boxes carry Legendary odds of 0.5% and 1% respectively.
Do battle cards have cash value?
No. Cards cannot be redeemed, sold or transferred. Their value is entirely in the XP their tournament performance generates and the box discounts that XP unlocks.
How do I level up a card?
Collecting duplicates of the same card raises its level, which increases its Power and Speed. A Common needs 3 duplicates per level and caps at level 5. The Epic we inspected needs 4 per level and caps at 6.
How many cards are in a battle deck?
Five. The deck is auto-built when you first sign up and can be rebuilt manually from your collection afterwards.

Money and redemption

What is the minimum redemption at ZumbaCards?
100 Surprise Coins, redeemed at a rate of 1 SC = $1, giving a minimum payout of $100. Any playthrough attached to the balance must be cleared first.
How do I verify my ZumbaCards account?
Verification runs through Veriff. You will need a physical government-issued photo ID captured live — screenshots and photographs of a screen are rejected — and one account per person is permitted.
How long does a ZumbaCards payout take?
Typically 2–5 business days once verification is complete, with some reports of up to ten days. Withdrawals are limited to one per 72 hours.
What payout methods does ZumbaCards support?
ACH bank transfer and debit card push-to-card are confirmed. Some third-party sources also list PayPal and Venmo, but the platform's own documentation does not confirm them — check inside your account before planning around either.
Can I redeem my battle cards for cash?
No. Battle cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, sold or transferred. Only Surprise Coins are redeemable.

Trust and legitimacy

Is ZumbaCards legit?
ZumbaCards is operated by Thinkway Ltd, a registered Isle of Man company (IoM 022949V), with payments handled by Thinkway LLC in Delaware. It runs identity verification through Veriff and does pay out. It holds no gaming licence, because it positions itself as not being real-money gambling. Its Trustpilot score is 3.9 out of 5 from 161 reviews as of 9 October 2026, with 12% of them one-star.
What do ZumbaCards complaints focus on?
The recurring themes in public reviews are slow redemptions, refused payouts and accounts locked after a large win. The Trustpilot profile was claimed in July 2026 and the company replies to about 36% of negative reviews.
Is ZumbaCards a sweepstakes casino?
The platform's own FAQ states that it is not. Several review sites describe it as a hybrid. The practical difference that matters is that ZumbaCards offers no free alternative method of entry and no free-play currency, so Surprise Coins must be bought.
What is the catch with ZumbaCards pricing?
Surprise Coins cost $2 and redeem at $1. The welcome boxes halve that entry cost to about $0.50 per SC, and the top Loyalty Club tier brings the standard rate back to roughly $1. Between those two points, you are buying at twice the redemption rate.
Does ZumbaCards have an app?
There is no native iOS or Android app. The platform runs as an installable progressive web app, which you add to your home screen from the browser.
Is ZumbaCards available in California and New York?
Yes. ZumbaCards accepts players aged 21 and over in both. It serves 48 states in total, and only Nevada and Washington are excluded. California's AB 831 banned dual-currency sweepstakes casinos from 1 January 2026 and New York enacted a similar ban in December 2025; ZumbaCards sits outside both because it runs a single currency and no Gold Coins.
