Terms of Use

These terms cover ZumbaCards.com, an independent information site. They do not cover the ZumbaCards gaming platform, which is operated by Thinkway Ltd and has its own terms and conditions. If you play on that platform, those terms are the ones that govern your account.

What this site is

An editorial guide. We publish information about the ZumbaCards platform — its boxes, cards, games, promotions and redemption rules — compiled from the live platform, the operator’s published documents and public records.

We do not operate games, hold funds, process payments, issue Surprise Coins, verify identities or administer accounts. We cannot credit, debit, unlock or close anything.

Affiliate relationship

Outbound links to the ZumbaCards platform are affiliate links. We may receive a commission when someone signs up or makes a purchase after following one. This is disclosed in the footer of every page and does not affect the price or terms you receive, nor the editorial content of this site.

Accuracy, and its limits

We check what we publish against the live platform and date every page with a last-verified date. Even so:

• Promotions, prices, box contents and game availability change without notice and can change between our last check and your visit.
• Where sources disagree, we say so rather than resolving it arbitrarily.
• Nothing here is a guarantee that an offer will be available to you, on your account, in your state.

The operator’s own terms override anything on this site. Read them before purchasing.

The ZumbaCards platform is restricted to people aged 21 or over in 48 US states, excluding Nevada and Washington. Do not use this site to plan access to a platform you are not eligible to use.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape this site at a rate that degrades it, republish substantial portions of it without attribution, or misrepresent it as operated by or affiliated with Thinkway Ltd.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on information published here, including losses incurred on the ZumbaCards platform.

Trademarks

ZumbaCards and related marks belong to their owner. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Thinkway Ltd. It is also unaffiliated with Zumba Fitness, LLC, which owns the Zumba® trademark in an unrelated context.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page.
